Yes. A personal-goal or cash gift registry can celebrate a birthday, graduation, housewarming, new skill, or other adult milestone. On Registered at Life, you do not need a wedding date or an engagement to create a registry.

Choose the kind of registry you need
A product wishlist is useful when you want specific physical items. A cash registry suits a cost that cannot easily go in a box, such as a course, a trip, or project materials. Choose based on what supporters are contributing toward and how you want to receive it.
Make the milestone concrete
Instead of “help me with life,” name the next step: a beginner woodworking class, a birthday national-park trip, or materials for a reading corner. List costs and explain what you will do with partial funding.
You can have more than one goal
A single RAL registry can include several goals, each with its own target. Supporters can choose a part of the plan. Keep the description focused enough that someone understands it without a phone call.
Keep the invitation optional
Share when someone asks for gift ideas, or include a short note with your celebration details. Nobody owes you a contribution. A registry makes giving easier for willing friends and family; it does not create an entitlement to gifts.
Check fees and eligibility before sharing
RAL is free to create and share. Successful contributions have a 4% platform fee plus Stripe processing costs. Publishing requires the relevant account, policy, and Stripe checks. Contributions are voluntary support, not purchases, loans, or investments. Review the funding rules for your goal.
